Greystone barn renovation: Middleburg VA Construction Project
The Greystone barn renovation is one of our latest renovation projects. It took us out to the Middleburg Country side. We revitalized much of the existing structure and added a great living space within the barn. Take a look inside and see the transformation.
The living quarters in this barn renovation are a great mix between modern and rustic. The stone wall was existing and did a point up process to restore the wall. The brand new stair case is made of walnut wood and mono stringer stairs. There is walnut wood use throughout the space. The stairs, railing, and countertops are all made of walnut. The floating shelves and barn door are made of reclaimed oak. The mix of woods is a nice combination and adds a bit of interest and extra detail. All the wood used in this renovation were provided by our sister company Local Wood.
The horse stalls in the barn were freshened up and the stone there was also repointed. Back in the tack-room added great cabinetry and custom hooks and shelving for all the tack needs.
There is so much detail in this gorgeous barn. We really enjoyed working on this renovation and couldn’t get enough of the gorgeous farm views while we worked!
