With views of Legard Farm Lake and the surrounding property, this whole-home renovation was conceived by architect Tom O’Neill.
Our exterior improvements included new windows and doors and the addition of a wrap-around porch. Inside, every room got a refresh or a rebuild, with reclaimed wood flooring from Local Woods and a primary suite featuring a luxurious bathroom and an incredible built-in closet/dressing room.
Renovations like this one can be more time-consuming and complex than new builds as our team uncovers potential issues and works within existing constraints. The results, however, can transform a home that’s dated or awkwardly configured into a new space ready for a lifetime of enjoyment.
