The Greystone barn renovation took us to the Middleburg countryside. We revitalized an existing barn structure and added an incredible living space and guest room, all designed by equestrian architect Leah Palmer, from Horse Country Designs.
The barn transformation added a touch of luxury with refreshed stalled and equipment storage, new windows, and repointed stone.
Inside, we built a living space that mixes modern and rustic. The focus of the space is a show-stopping custom mono-stringer staircase featuring walnut treads. Walnut is also used for the railing and countertops, while the floating shelves and barn door are reclaimed oak. All the wood used in this renovation came from Local Woods, our sister company.
