Our process started with a functional shotgun floor plan, high-quality materials, and Carpenter Beach craftsmanship. Using the strength of our trusted partners, the homes featured specialty tile work, top-quality cabinetry and appliances, custom-built barn doors, and hardwood floors from Local Woods. One home included a finished basement, while the other had a custom deck.
Custom home building takes 8-12 months, depending on the size and complexity of the design. We deliver a turn-key home, handling every detail from permitting to the punch list.
